Can I Pay My Bill Online?
We are pleased to offer online bill pay to help make sure our patients’ experience with us is as convenient as possible.
Insurance
On your first visit to Retina Vitreous Associates, we ask that you bring a picture ID and your insurance card with you. You should also bring any paperwork for insurance referrals. Please let us know if your carrier changes so that we can bill them accordingly.
We accept Medicare in addition to many major medical insurance plans.
It is our pleasure to submit your insurance claims for you. We will make every attempt to make sure you benefit from the full extent of your insurance plan. That said, if your policy is not paid within 45 days, it is your responsibility to contact your provider.
Affordable Eye Care Financing with CareCredit®
We realize our patients may incur some out-of-pocket costs that can be difficult to fit into their budgets. If this is the case for you, please contact us so we can help you learn more about available payment and financing options, such as medical financing through CareCredit.
CareCredit offers a number of payment plans; many with low, fixed interest rates. Our patients are able to use their CareCredit card to finance services and expenses such as:
- Routine Exams
- Co-Pays and Uncovered Expenses
- Retinal Injections and Surgery
HSA, FSA and HRA Accounts
Our patients are able to use funds from a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to cover the cost of care at Retina Vitreous Associates. These are employer-sponsored, tax-deferred funds that can be applied to services and treatments not covered by their insurance plans.
